TODM customers include all Tribal Government employees regardless of their employment status as well as Tribal Affiliate agencies (Housing, LRHC, IHS, BIA, Omak Wood Products, Tribal Court, PSIS, etc.) as resources allow.

  • Local leadership, business, Tribal Governance, compliance and Tribal Core Value training for employees, including supervisors, managers and directors

  • Culturally-competent training

  • Technical assistance and training planning in specialized areas, areas relevant to address program issues and needs

  • Out sourced training on topics of general interest

  • TODM staff provide direct training and instruction
